Washington's Potter Bags AP Top Batter for August Tuesday, September 1st , 2065 At only 25 years of age, Scot Potter could very well be having many more months like the last this in his career. That would be great news for fans of the Washington Monuments, as August was one to remember for the left fielder and he has captured the Appalachian Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .419 with 8 home runs, 26 RBIs and 24 runs scored. This season Potter is batting .344 with 77 RBIs, 93 runs scored and 19 home runs. |
