Rum Runners Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Saturday, September 16th, 2056 The Orlando Rum Runners have spent much of the season on the outside looking in at the playoff race. They will be permanently on the outside now, after being officially eliminated from contention today. Orlando last appeared in the postseason in 2052. This is their 4th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 35 times in their 41-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Rum Runners have missed the playoffs 8 times. |
