Amarillo Off to the Postseason Sunday, October 4th , 2076 The manager of the Amarillo Chicken Haulers is reminding the city of Amarillo to "keep the faith" as the team heads into the playoffs as a wild card team. "We believe in ourselves and we need our fans to believe in us too," said James Walker. "We know we can get Amarillo rocking with a great run in the playoffs." It remains to be seen just how deep the Chicken Haulers will be able to go in the playoffs, but confidence appears to be high. "We've got the team to win a championship, I firmly believe that," said reliever Wilson RodrÃguez. If the team is successful, it would be the 3rd Pioneers of the Diamond championship in franchise history. |
