Moreno Belts 5 Hits Sunday, August 27th, 2062 The Laredo Border Jumpers upended the Iowa Crop Circles at BackWet Stadium today, thanks in large part to right fielder Lupe Moreno, who had a smashing day with the bat, racking up 5 hits in 7 at-bats. His big effort helped propel the Border Jumpers to a 9-8 victory. Lupe Moreno tripled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, grounded out in the 5th, doubled in the 8th, singled in the 9th and grounded out in the 12th.
