Ozark Takes Round 2 in Deciding Game Saturday, October 18th , 2070 It was a rousing finish to the Round 2 at Welsh Field today. The Ozark Outlaws sent the Vermont Lake Monsters home for the season with a 4-3 win in the decisive game of the series. The Outlaws took the series 4-3. Up next on their schedule is the Round 3. Hauling in the MVP trophy was Ozark right fielder Alex Smith. His numbers included a .393 batting average, 2 RBIs and 5 runs. "With any luck, I'll be hoisting another one of these at the end of the Round 3," he said. The Ozark Outlaws don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Cape Canaveral Launch - West Island Storm series. That series is tied at 3 games apiece. The Round 3 schedule will be announced after the Round 2 finishes.
