Newark Narrowly Wins Appalachian Northern Saturday, October 3rd, 2054 Newark Falcons fans are walking a little prouder today after their team officially clinched the Appalachian Northern. "There's no reason to believe we can't win it all," starting pitcher Samuel Corley said bluntly. "Whether or not we're favorites, we can definitely do what it takes to bring the World Championship home to Newark." The division crown is the 8th for the Falcons. The club will be looking for its 5th World Championship victory. Team manager Eric Hartman said "preparation and focus" will be key to bring home the championship. |
