Philadelphia's Steve Baker put the wraps on a fine campaign today by winning the 2068 Frontier Diamond Hammer Award.

The 25-year-old veteran scorched the opposition with a .329 average, picking up 187 hits, 35 doubles, 7 triples, 36 home runs and 108 RBIs, while scoring 123 runs.

He received 28 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Manuel Vega of the Philadelphia Cheesesteaks finished second in voting, while Leonard Johnston of the Alcatraz Island Jail Break finished third.
