Big 3-HR Day for Mwai Tuesday, July 13th , 2066 Hitting three home runs in a game is usually something to celebrate, but there was no celebration to be found at Underdogs Ballpark after the hitting barrage from Bahari Mwai. The San Quentin Outlaws dropped the contest 7-6 to the Cabo San Lucas Van Hagars , leaving Mwai with only a historical footnote as consolation. Bahari is blessed with a natural home run swing so he gets the ball up in the air real quickly," San Quentin manager said after the loss. "It's just a shame we couldn't win the game, too. I'm sure it spoils the day a little for him." Along with putting three in the stands, Mwai went 3-for-3 with 6 RBIs and 3 runs scored. Thus far this year Mwai has hit .225 with 19 home runs and 46 RBIs. |
