Nebraska Loses Toby Perry for Season Friday, May 13th , 2072 The season is finished for Toby Perry of the Nebraska Nomads. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Nomads reliever suffered a torn rotator cuff while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Minneapolis Mud Hens . Team doctors said it would take at least 11 months to heal. For the season, Perry is 0-and-0 with no saves and a 3.27 ERA. He has given up 11 hits in 11 innings with 11 strikeouts. |
