Quiñones Batters Havana for 5 Hits Tuesday, July 3rd, 2063 No matter what the Havana Comrades threw at him today, Daniel Quiñones hit it. He easily handled Comrades pitching, going 5 for 7 and helping the Burn to a 20-4 triumph at The Ballpark at Habanos Stadium. "The way I was swinging today, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview. Told of Quiñones's quip, Comrades skipper Bryce Marquis said he "would take him up on that next time." Daniel Quiñones flied out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 6th, struck out in the 7th and tripled in the 9th.
