Setback For Railbirds and Victor Baker Thursday, August 24th, 2062 Things have gotten worse for Victor Baker of the Reading Railbirds. The 29-year-old left fielder will not be back as soon as originally expected. Baker is undergoing treatment for a sore ankle, but his doctors have expanded his recovery time to at least 5 days. An unidentified team official told BNN, "Victor tried to rush his rehab and suffered a setback." So far this year Baker has 18 home runs and a .309 batting average. |
