Burns Has Hot Hand, Bangs 6 hits Friday, September 15th, 2062 It was a parade of hits for J.J. Burns of the Honolulu High Tide at Champagne of Beers Field today. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Burns finished the day with a total of 6 hits in 8 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the High Tide to a 10-9 victory. "Burns was really good and we were really bad," groaned Falcons manager Eric Hartman. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him." J.J. Burns singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off Alonso Bernal in the 5th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 10th, singled in the 12th, grounded out in the 14th and flied out in the 17th.
