Dundee Fashions Shutout Against St. Paul
Wednesday, October 25th, 2062
In an outstanding mound performance, Richmond Ravens starter Stephen Dundee fired a complete-game shutout against the St. Paul Bearers at Battle Field today.
Dundee was the key to the Ravens's 4-0 win. The 24-year-old left-hander was in high spirits on the mount for much of the game, his mood largely undented by the 6 hits and no walks he allowed.
"6 hits?" he said with a laugh following the game. "Listen, I'd be happy with a 30-hitter as long as it was a shutout."
So far this season, Dundee has logged a 30-3 record with a 1.18 ERA. He has started 33 games, hurled 274 innings and registered 571 strikeouts and 62 walks.
