 | Wildwood Win Round 1 Friday, August 24th, 2063 The Wildwood Waves have beaten the Montreal Whiz and will advance to the Round 2. Wildwood won the final game by a 8-3 count to take the series 3-1. The Waves triumph was no doubt in large part because of the performance of second baseman Jorge Galló, who was named MVP of the series. "The only thing that matters is that we're off to the next round and one step closer to a Round 3," he said. The Wildwood Waves will play against the Puerto Vallarta Freedom in the next round.
