Ft Levenworth Loses Zack Snell for Season
Wednesday, May 11th, 2061
Ft Levenworth reliever Zack Snell could miss the remainder of the season because of bone chips in his elbow. He exited yesterday's Laramie game after injuring himself while throwing a pitch. The original diagnosis said Snell would be out 4 months. Later on his doctors said he could be out even longer. "He's done," his manager commented at the BNN press conference. "It's a season-ending injury, but it could have been worse. It's not the worst-case scenario, so we're happy about that."

Taking a look at his season stats for 2061, Snell has made 5 relief appearances, recorded no saves and compiled a 0-1 won-lost mark with a 6.23 ERA. In pitching 8.2 innings, he has totaled 6 strikeouts and 6 walks.
