August's #1 Batter Announced Monday, September 1st , 2070 Stu McMillan said at the age of 35 he's seen it all in professional baseball. But he may never have seen his own performance be as dominant as it was in August, as the Pittsburgh Werewolves designated hitter has won the Colonial League Batter of the Month award. McMillan batted .351, hit 11 home runs, drove in 34 runs, scored 21 times and compiled a .479 on-base percentage. This year McMillan has collected a .366 batting average to date with 37 hits in 101 at-bats, 39 RBIs, 13 home runs and scored 26 times. He has played in 47 games. |
