San Nicolas Sweeps into the Round 2
With a 6-5 victory at Ballpark of Holliday, the San Nicolas Bulwarks have completed a sweep of the Holliday Jackets in the Round 1.

"On to the Round 2 and feeling good," said Iván Nieves. "I don't think our guys expected a sweep, but we'll certainly take it and rest up a bit."

For the series, Nieves hit .583 and won series MVP honors. He had 0 home runs, drove in 2 RBI and scored 2 runs.

The San Nicolas Bulwarks don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Delaware Dragons - Córdoba Sky Sox series. Córdoba leads the series 2 games to 0. The Round 2 schedule will be announced after the Round 1 finishes.
