Playoffs? No Chance for Yellowknife

The Yellowknife Wolverines will soon be packing their bags and heading home for the year. The 2072 season won't involve a playoff run for the club, as Yellowknife was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today.
The Wolverines have missed the playoffs 42 times in their 49 years as a POTD Single A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 15th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2057.
