Grano Batters New England for 5 Hits Friday, April 16th , 2077 Pine Bluff Man Trolls center fielder Júlio Grano had a day to remember at Ballpark of Baton Rouge, ripping apart the New England Red Barons and sparking the 7-5 Man Trolls win. Grano wrote his name in the record books with a 5-hit barrage, finishing his special day 5-for-5. "I'm usually a first ball hitter," Grano told BNN reporters in the postgame press conference. "I think pitchers think batters are going to let the first one go by. I never do. I've always found that it's better to pull the trigger early in the count. Pitchers get real nasty when they get ahead of you, so I try to avoid it." Júlio Grano singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit a three-run home run off Aaron Barber in the 9th.
