Mitchell PAC's #1 Pitcher in May Tuesday, June 1st , 2077 The pick for the Pacific League's best pitcher in May is relief specialist, Brandon Mitchell. The La Paz pitcher compiled a great month to take home the award. "I just go out there and try and get the job done," Mitchell told the press. "Things worked out real well last month and I appreciate the recognition." The 20-year-old reliever threw 13.1 innings in 12 relief appearances as he piled up 10 saves, 12 strikeouts, and notched a 2-0 record and 0.00 ERA for the month. Mitchell has collected 12 saves for the year with 16 strikeouts and 6 walks in 19.2 innings while registering a 1.83 ERA and a 2-0 won-lost record. |
