The 21-year-old catcher went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Pacific League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .552 average (16-for-29) with no home runs, 6 RBIs and 4 runs scored. This year, Callahan has socked 20 hits in 43 at-bats for a .465 average with no home runs. He is getting on base at a .511 pace and his totals also include 8 RBIs and 5 runs scored. |
