The Rancho Cucamonga pitcher struck out 9 and walked 2 while allowing 4 hits. "Elías was good but he wasn't flawless," Moline manager said. "We had a few opportunities to make something happen and we didn't do it. Not to take anything away from Rancho Cucamonga, but this is on us."
