Yellowknife Wolverines Mathematically Out of Playoffs Wednesday, July 19th , 2073 Rick Hall said it's going to be "an awfully long offseason" for the Yellowknife Wolverines after they missed the POTD Single A playoffs. The club came close, but ultimately ran out of games to secure a postseason spot and were eliminated from contention today. The Wolverines have missed the playoffs 43 times in their 50 years as a POTD Single A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 16th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2057. |
