Bannatyne Gone for Season in Lancaster Tuesday, July 12th , 2072 The season is apparently over for Jon Bannatyne. The Lancaster Lightning medical staff informed the club that the starting pitcher will be out at least 13-14 months with a torn ulnar collateral ligament. Bannatyne was hurt in the game against Ft. Collins while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. This season, Bannatyne has registered 6 wins and 3 losses in 15 starts with a 3.24 ERA. |
