Chia Gets 6 Hits Thursday, July 11th, 2058 Kuei-lin Chia exploded for a barrage of base hits today at Steelhawks Ballpark. The Durham second baseman had a field day against the Quaghog Clams, finishing with a 6-for-8 day, even as his club took the loss, 16-15. "It's a shame that we lost the game," he said later. "It's really hard to enjoy what I did today. You would think 6 hits would do it." Kuei-lin Chia singled in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a three-run double in the 7th, singled in the 9th, flied out in the 11th and struck out in the 14th.
