Collins Rams starter Cecil Burton really did a number on the GreenCard Players, shutting them out, 6-0, on 2 hits in a complete game victory. He issued 3 walks and had 9 strikeouts. "We didn't have good at-bats," said GreenCard manager . "I don't make excuses, but when we were playing the game, our energy didn't show. That comes from either extremely good pitching or extremely lousy hitting and seeing as our team has a bunch of good hitters, I have to tip my cap to Burton."
