Martin Belts Bunch of Base Hits Tuesday, July 13th , 2066 It was a parade of hits for Artie Martin of the Chibougamou Onions at Ballpark of Aurora today. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Martin finished the day with a total of 6 hits in 6 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Onions to a 11-2 victory. "Martin was really good and we were really bad," groaned Wolverines manager . "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him." Artie Martin singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
