It has been given to Dylan Chapman of the Brighton Fightin' Squirrels, who piled up 14 wins this season with an impressive 1.40 ERA. In 24 starts Chapman had a 14-2 mark with 219 strikeouts in 167.2 innings. He received 28 first place votes, as a unanimous winner.
