Streaking Militia Win Another One, 6-3
|
The Michigan Militia grabbed a win, 6-3, over the Vermont Lake Monsters at Welsh Field. Michigan first baseman José Acevedo went 3-5 with 3 singles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The winner in relief was Gabriel Beltrán. The right-hander allowed 3 runs on 5 hits in 6 innings. He now owns a record of 9-3. Dave Kennedy earned his 23rd save in 25 chances.
