The Boston Revolution picked up a win at Coyote Den Stadium, knocking off the Keg Creek Coyotes, 5-3. Starting pitcher Eduardo Cortéz was a big reason why. With the win over Keg Creek, the Revolution improved to 45-58.

Boston relied on the hitting of Gary Walker to pick up the win. The second baseman clubbed a solo home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Revolution on top, 4-3. For the game, Walker had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

Walker told the Boston Daily News: "I don't know which I enjoy more -- being a ballplayer or the perks that come with being a ballplayer."
