The Redstone Ridge Raptors weathered an outstanding game by Havana catcher Lee Davis to topple the Comrades, 5-3. Davis went 3-4 with a home run and a double. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Redstone raised its record to 73-66 with the win.

Redstone used a timely hit from Anastasio Crus to get the win. The second baseman stroked a 2-run double in the top of the seventh inning to put the Ridge Raptors ahead, 5-3. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a difference-maker.

"Win or lose, we always try to grind it out and stay even-keeled," Crus said in reaction to the win.
