Alcatraz Island Hands San Jose 4-1 Defeat

The Alcatraz Island Jail Break picked up a win at Welsh Field, downing the San Jose Cuervo, 4-1. On the mound for Alcatraz Island was left-hander Chris Jouan, who played a pivotal role in the win. Jouan, the winner, moves to 16-7. He threw 6 innings of 3-hit ball, while fanning 6 and giving up no walks. The win puts Alcatraz Island at 78-63 this season.
Steve Decker, who is tied for 5th in the FR in triples with 7, had a direct impact on the outcome. Decker contributed a 2-run single in the top of the third inning to put Alcatraz Island up, 2-1.
