Rum Runners Take Tight Tangle
Orlando Rum Runners starter Jerry Daniels was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Michigan Magicians, 4-3. Reliever Javier Flores picked up the win. His record improves to 7-7. Ken Farley, who leads the AP in holds with 19, took the loss. Orlando is last in the Appalachian Southern with a record of 75-86.

The decisive blow was delivered by Ernesto Guerrero in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a run-scoring double off 27-year old right-handed pitcher Ken Farley to win the game for Orlando. The home crowd went nuts.

"The ending was a real humdinger," Guerrero told reporters after the game.
