Redstone got a first-rate effort from pitcher Greg Canseco, who frustrated Reading hitters en route to a 2-1 Ridge Raptors triumph at Schuylkill Landing Park. The loss lowers the Reading record to 13-14.

Ángel Pérez hit a run-scoring triple off Dax McKames in the top of the fifth, which put the Ridge Raptors in front, 1-0. Pérez had 1 single, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 2 for 4.
