The home crowd had a good time watching the Amarillo Chicken Haulers and Mexico City Diablos get after it.

The performance of Jesús López proved critical in helping Mexico City beat Amarillo, 4-0. The Diablos left fielder went 3-4 with 2 home runs and a triple, while scoring 3 and driving in 2. I-tsing Kui earned the win for Mexico City. He lasted 6 innings, allowing no runs on 10 hits, while striking out 6. With the win, he raised his record to 2-0. Dan Miller earned the save, his 5th.

The game turned with one out in the bottom of the fourth when López, who is tied for 9th in the FR in triples with 2, hit a solo home run. It propelled the Diablos into the lead, 1-0.

"Can't say enough about our pitching," said López.

For the Chicken Haulers, the loss makes them 11-19.
