Orlando picked up a win at The Ballpark at Habanos Stadium, bumping off the Havana Comrades, 4-2. Pitcher José Cuin was a major reason the Rum Runners emerged victorious. Gerald Martin nailed down his 3rd save. At 20-12, the Rum Runners have played well so far.

Thomas Perkins, the former first round draft pick , had a direct impact on the outcome. Perkins contributed a run-scoring double in the top of the sixth inning to put Orlando up, 3-0.

"The name on the front of this uniform is all that matters to me," Cuin told the Orlando Gazette. "And padding the Orlando win column."
