Tynsdale Deals Crab Apple Cove 3-1 Setback
|
The Redstone Ridge Raptors picked up a win at Vargas Field, downing the Crab Apple Cove Mashers, 3-1. On the mound for Redstone was right-hander Gerald Tynsdale, who played a pivotal role in the win. The Ridge Raptors, now 21-13, know that wins in May count the same as wins in September.
Tynsdale, the winner, is now 3-3. In 8 innings of work, he gave up 1 run on 3 hits, while collecting 9 Ks. He essentially shut down the Crab Apple Cove offense.
