The Reading Railbirds picked up a win at Jackie Robinson Place, dropping the Boston Revolution, 2-1. Juan Gallardo was the difference-maker. Bartolo Salazar earned the save for Reading, his 6th. Reading has an impressive 23-11 record.

The Railbirds got a big at-bat from first baseman Dave Rouse. For the game, Rouse went 1-4 with a home run. In the top of the sixth, with the bases empty, he stroked a solo home run. His 6th home run of the season gave Reading a 1-0 lead.
