Losing Streak Continues for Aces with 2-1 Loss to Lake Monsters
|
Vermont Lake Monsters starter Shojiro Ageda was in the groove. He led his team to a win over the Atlantic City Aces, 2-1. The losing skid has reached 10 games for Atlantic City.
Mario Amézaga, who leads the AP in home runs with 12, helped out the Vermont cause in the bottom of the first inning with a 2-run home run. For the game, the shortstop was 1 for 3 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
"I had everything working," said Ageda.
