Storm Suffer 5-2 Home Defeat

Michigan pitcher Luis Castro did his part in helping his team defeat the West Island Storm, 5-2. The opposition could never get too much going against the right-hander. Getting the save was Brad Beck, his 1st. With the win over West Island , the Magicians improved to 26-29.
Michigan used the hitting of Arnold Doss to pick up the win. The center fielder clubbed a 3-run home run in the top of the second inning to put the Magicians on top, 3-1. For the game, Doss had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
"We just try to have good at-bats, whether we're winning, losing, or tied," said Doss.
