San Jose beat Atlantic City at Trump Stadium, eking out a 4-3 win. The win was due in large part to catcher Martin Parsons. He went 2-4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Luis Miguel Morales finished to wrap up his 18th save. San Jose bumps their record to 31-34 with the win.

Brit Lucas, the 30-year old second baseman , had a direct impact on the outcome. Lucas contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the sixth inning to put San Jose up, 4-3.

"It was a solid team effort," said Parsons after the game.
