Cheesesteaks Improve to 45-24 with 4-1 Win
|
The Philadelphia Cheesesteaks got a strong performance from pitcher Luis Farías, who stymied the Laredo offense en route to a win, 4-1, at BackWet Stadium. Farías picked up the win for Philadelphia, going 7.1 innings. He gave up 1 run on 8 hits. He now sports a record of 2-2. Ernest Reese converted his 20th save in 23 tries.
