Coyotes Víctor Escobar Will Miss Season Thursday, July 8th , 2077 Víctor Escobar of the Coyotes just might have to call it quits for the season. The 29-year-old Keg Creek reliever received a possible season-ending injury against the West Island Storm recently at Coyote Den Stadium. Escobar suffered a torn rotator cuff while throwing a pitch. The Coyotes medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 5 months. So far this season, Escobar is 6-and-3 with no saves and a 5.17 ERA. He has given up 114 hits in 85.1 innings with 64 strikeouts. |
