Jenkins's Treatment Not Going Well, Suffers Setback Friday, August 5th, 2061 West Island got some bad news today concerning catcher Jamie Jenkins. He is recovering from a hamstring strain. Club doctors have extended his time of return to 2 weeks, saying his injury has not responded well to treatment. It is worse than they first diagnosed. Jenkins is presently batting .315 with 7 home runs, 37 runs scored and 29 RBIs. His OBP is .424. |
