West Island Loses Brandon Perkins, Will Miss Season Tuesday, September 9th , 2070 The season is ending on a bad note for Brandon Perkins, reliever for the West Island Storm. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Perkins was hurt against the Newark Falcons while throwing a pitch. He suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and will be out for at least 6 months. Perkins's record so far this season is 0-and-0 with 2 saves and a 0.95 ERA.
