Playoffs? No Chance for Glacier Bay Wednesday, September 10th , 2070 Not even the most diehard Glacier Bay Ice Pirates fan thought the team had much chance at the playoffs this year. But now even the faintest hopes have been put to rest, as the Ice Pirates were mathematically eliminated from the postseason hunt today. Glacier Bay last appeared in the postseason in 2067. This is their 3rd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 17 times in their 57-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Ice Pirates have made the playoffs 8 times. Glacier Bay last won the Round 4 in 2060. |
