Vance on a Tear, Hits for Cycle Friday, September 12th , 2070 Cape Canaveral Launch first baseman Ed Vance had one of the best days of his career today when he hit for the cycle and paved the way for the Launch 8-2 win over the Atlantic City Aces at Trump Stadium. "Everything was just clicking today," he said. Vance shelled the Aces for 4 hits in 4 at-bats, collected 4 RBI and scored 3 runs. Ed Vance walked in the 2nd, tripled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, doubled in the 7th and hit a three-run home run off Mike Daniel in the 9th.
