Suárez Picked September's Best Newcomer Wednesday, October 1st , 2070 Roberto Suárez put up some real solid numbers to sew up the Frontier Rookie of the Month honors this month. In September he chalked up 35 hits, 11 home runs and drove in 27 runs. The Havana first baseman compiled a .365 average and a .450 OBP as he worked opposing pitchers for 13 walks. This year Suárez has hit at a .314 clip with 98 RBIs, 34 home runs and 83 runs scored. |
