Kurt Haas Out for Season Wednesday, May 11th , 2072 The season is ending on a bad note for Kurt Haas, first baseman for the Tequila Worms. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Haas was hurt against the Columbus Explorers while running the bases. He suffered a broken bone in the elbow and will be out for at least 6 months. Thus far this season in 25 games, Haas is batting .323 with 3 home runs, 16 RBIs and 15 runs scored. He has 30 hits in 93 at-bats. |
