Ocean Beach's Valenzuela Acclaimed Best PAC Hitter Monday, September 1st , 2070 Ocean Beach Surf fans may just have witnessed a star player blossoming before their eyes in August. Alfredo Valenzuela put up a remarkable month at the age of 24 and has been named the Pacific League Batter of the Month. For the month, Valenzuela hit .381 with 3 home runs, 21 RBIs and 16 runs scored. So far this year Valenzuela is batting .298 with 10 home runs. |
